1. Work principle:
The desanding cyclone separates coarse and fine sand from starch slurry, prior to the coarse slurry being fed into the primary separator. This machine achieves high-efficiency sand removal, which helps extend separator service life and maintain high starch quality.
The hydrocyclone desander is mainly used to remove sand and mud from starch, cassava and potato slurry after crushing. It is widely adopted in corn starch, cassava starch and flour, wheat starch, sago and potato starch processing.
