Cassava Starch Desanding Cyclone Centrifugal Separates Sand Impurities for Stable Tuber Starch Line

This equipment serves as a pre-desanding unit in the starch extraction section, specially used to separate sand and heavy impurities mixed in starch milk. It can adapt to starch processing of various tuber raw materials such as cassava, potato and sweet potato, meeting the needs of multi-category production lines. Adopting centrifugal separation structure without moving parts, it can significantly reduce operation failures and daily maintenance workload. The material contact parts are made of SS304 or nylon, which meet food-grade working conditions and have good corrosion resistance. The equipment provides three standard models: DS2, DS4 and DS4+1, covering 10-20t/h fresh cassava processing capacity, and can be customized according to customer capacity requirements. It can be seamlessly connected with the whole starch production line to ensure smooth and continuous production process.
